About the initiative: Net Impact Boston is working with MBAs Without Borders on a new collaboration that will enable Ugandan entrepreneurs to bring safe, clean, renewable light to off-grid villages, replacing the dangerous kerosene lamps typically used in rural communities. The collaboration is twofold: we are raising $15,000 to send a recent MBA graduate to Uganda, through MBAs Without Borders; and then we will work – as virtual consultants – with young professional while s/he is in Uganda.
