Fall 2012 Board Fellows: apply by 10/21
The fall matching period for the Board Fellows program has begun and applications for the 2012-2013 term are now available! Both Boston area non-profits and professionals are encouraged to apply. The application deadline is Sunday, October 21st.
In the Board Fellows program, Boston-area professionals are placed into year-long fellowships as non-voting members of a local non-profit’s Board of Directors. Fellows and Organizations are matched according to organization need, professional experience, and mission interest alignment. Organizations benefit from a fresh, outside perspective and experience that is relevant to the non-profit’s existing needs. Fellows provide organizations with professional expertise, while learning about critical strategic and governance issues facing area non-profits.
