Session Three (Business and Impact): Pauline Jurasinski


Pauline has been supporting biologics operations at Genzyme, now Sanofi for over twenty four years, managing programs for business capability improvements, new product launch, facility start-up and production improvements; incorporating change and communication management, process and equipment change control, technology transfer, commissioning, qualification, validation and regulatory filings, to meet strategic business objectives.  Pauline has an undergraduate B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and is a Project Management Professional with over fifteen years of program and project management experience.  In recently completing her MBA at Clark University, Pauline created and presented a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) improvement plan for Sanofi.  This plan focused on implementing CSR strategic shared value principles and the further integration of CSR into corporate strategy planning and business unit strategy deployment processes.
