Accomplished business executive with extensive global experience, change agent, entrepreneur, consultant, attorney and instructor. Will is committed to developing current and future leaders and enabling organizations to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
Will has 50 years in managerial and leadership positions in industry including consulting and legal work. Currently, he is an Associate Professor of Practice at Clark University, School of Management where he teaches Business Ethics and Law, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Consulting. He also serves an instructor at Harvard’s Division of Continuing Education for courses in Management Consulting and Sustainability Consulting.
His consulting practice extends to client engagements with Energy Development Center in Viet Nam focused on the creation of a Sustainability Consulting practice, Norwegian Science and Technology University where he helped design their MBA in Sustainable Business, Worcester Polytechnic Institute resulting in the establishment of a Center for Sustainability in Business. Current clients include: New York City Health and Hospital Corporation, U.N. Global Compact in Sofia, Bulgaria and in Peru, Illampu Sustainability Epicenter which is committed to the education of local farmers in sustainable practices.
