Matt joined Net Impact Boston’s Leadership Team in 2017 as the Impact Summit Partnerships Coordinator. He works as a Manager at Root Cause, a nonprofit consulting firm that partners with nonprofits and foundations to help them build capacity and better serve their clients. Prior to his current role, he worked at Deloitte and Public Consulting Group in public sector consulting with a focus on health and human services clients.
Matt has been actively engaged with Greater Boston’s social sector for over a decade. He serves on Boston Cares’ Associate Board of Directors and YNPN Boston’s Board of Directors as its Director of Finance. Since becoming involved in the community, he has contributed 1,500 hours of service, led 150 volunteer projects, facilitated 50 volunteer orientations, and volunteered at 40 nonprofit agencies.
Matt holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Professional Scrum Master. He attended Boston University where he earned Bachelors of Arts in Economics and International Relations with minors in Political Science and History.
