Net Impact Mentorship Program 2024 - Intake

This year we're thrilled to offer a Mentorship Program that would pair entry level professionals and career changers with experienced professionals in the environmental and social impact field for career advice, networking and professional development. You can apply to be a Mentor or a Mentee.

Sign up here

Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per month for 6 months (April - October)

Throughout the six months, mentors and mentees will meet once or twice a month to connect and get to know each other. We will help to provide career conversation topics and suggested questions to help facilitate discussion for your meetings.

Eligibility:

Mentors - Professionals with 5+ years of experience in the environmental or social impact space, in areas such as (but not limited to) environmental sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), social justice, sustainable finance, renewable energy and corporate responsibility. We especially encourage professionals whose work is aligned with at least one of   THE 17 GOALS | Sustainable Development (un.org) to apply.

Mentees - Entry level professionals with less than five years of experience or career changers looking to learn more about jobs in environmental or social impact.

As part of Net Impact Boston's commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and justice, we highly encourage professionals or students who identify as Black or African American, Hispanic or Latinx, Asian, Native American, Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, LGBTQ+, women or nonbinary, protected veterans and/or individuals with disabilities to apply as mentors or mentees.

Please reach out to Rhea Cherian (rcherian@netimpactboston.org) with any questions.
